The Vortex-d range is a basic motorized torque test system for measuring static and rotary torque up to 10N.m, and combines with Mecmesin's universal display to ensure repeatable, accurate results. Though simple to operate, the Vortex-d range benefits from many advanced test features to meet common testing requirements.

AFTI Universal Indicator (AFTI)

The Advanced Force & Torque Indicator works in conjunction with Mecmesin sensors and can be used handheld or fixed to a manual or motorized test stand for optimum testing performance.

With easy interchangeability of sensors and automatic recognition, this unit enables much greater test versatility than a standard instrument can provide.

The Tornado is an extremely versatile instrument for measuring low-level torques up to 10N.m. It provides practical operation, combined with advanced features for testing clockwise and counter-clockwise torques easily and accurately.

orbis Orbis Digital Torque Tester

For basic, low-level torque tests up to 6N.m, the Orbis provides a reliable and accurate solution. The unit boasts a number of useful features designed to maximize usability, making clockwise and counter-clockwise measurements very easy and quick tasks to undertake.

childrct Child Resistant Closure Tester

The CRC tester from Mecmesin, is a highly accurate tester, capable of measuring both the security and accessibility of child-resistant closures. The 'push' and 'twist' action used to open a CRC closure is shown clearly on two dedicated displays for easy identification of both force and torque values.

TWC Torque Wrench Calibrator

The Torque Wrench Calibrator combines a universal display, Mecmesin's AFTI, with a dedicated transducer to assess the torque applied by 'click action', 'break back' or dial indicator torque wrenches up to 1000N.m.

STT Static Torque Transducers

STS Static Torque Screwdrivers

Static torque screwdrivers are ideal for low capacity torque applications.They are an accurate and efficient means of tightening and untightening screw type fasteners, however they are not suitable for applications requiring multiple rotations of the sensor (please see Rotary Torque Transducers).
